Our editorial policy explains what we check and how corrections are evaluated. When a working contact channel is established, this page will identify it. We do not currently accept testimonials or health histories through a site form.
Prescription, billing or delivery questions
Contact your prescriber, dispensing pharmacy or the provider you enrolled with using the details on your prescription, package, account or receipt. We cannot change doses, cancel a provider subscription, issue a refund or confirm that your treatment is appropriate.
For a time-sensitive medical concern, use your clinical team’s urgent instructions. In an emergency, call emergency services. A website correction request cannot substitute for clinical help.
Useful details for a correction
A useful correction identifies the page address, the exact statement, a current primary-source link and the date the information changed. Avoid including a diagnosis, prescription number, payment-card information or other private details in an editorial report.
Prices and provider terms can change after our stated research date. Check the provider’s current checkout and written terms before relying on an earlier quote.
