The tablets are an approved semaglutide product with their own dose strengths and administration instructions. Administration is an essential part of the option
Wegovy tablets are taken in the morning on an empty stomach with up to four ounces of water. The label instructs patients to wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking other beverages or taking other oral medicines. Tablet strengths and escalation differ from injectable dosing.
Review your morning medicines and routine with the clinician or pharmacist before choosing this route. Do not use an injection schedule or an online dose conversion as the tablet instructions.

The prescribing information describes the approved formulation’s evidence and important precautions. Clinical study averages are not guaranteed personal results and should not be used to validate a different compounded oral preparation.

The current comparison includes more than the launch price
