Write the total charge beside the monthly equivalent
A prepaid plan trades payment timing for an advertised package price. Its monthly equivalent is a comparison tool, not evidence of three separate debits. Record the full charge, supply period, medication and intended dose before deciding whether the offer fits your budget.
Lavender Sky’s tier and extended tables explicitly label their monthly calculations as comparison figures. Big Easy lists multiweek packages and installment options. Neither should be compared with a recurring monthly service until you account for the actual weeks supplied and any financing cost.

Find the event that makes an order non-refundable
Cancellation, stopping future renewals and obtaining a refund are separate actions. Ask whether the decisive event is clinical approval, pharmacy preparation, shipment or assignment of a tracking number. The cutoff can arrive before a parcel reaches you.
Zappy’s refund page uses shipping and tracking status, while Brightmeds’ terms discuss preparation or dispensing. Save the policy associated with your purchase and get an answer about the current order’s status. A cancel-anytime message does not establish an unconditional refund.

A package cannot override vial safety instructions
Medication supplied for several months may arrive as multiple containers, each with its own labeling. Ask how long each unopened vial can be stored, when it should be opened and when it must be discarded. Keep the dispensing pharmacy’s instructions with the actual supply.
FDA’s current compounded-GLP-1 guidance warns about warm deliveries and recommends discarding multidose sterile-medication vials within 28 days after first use, even when medication remains. A package’s total duration is not permission to extend the use of one opened vial. Resolve conflicting instructions with the pharmacist before using it.

Ask what happens when the clinical plan changes
A prepaid supply assumes a proposed course of care. Before paying, ask what happens if the clinician declines treatment, changes the formulation, postpones escalation or recommends discontinuation. Ask separately about unused medication, future shipments and unfulfilled clinical services.
Include follow-up access in that discussion. A financial commitment should not pressure you to continue a medicine against clinical advice. Record the contact for symptoms, prescription questions and billing so that a treatment change does not become three disconnected support tickets.

Keep a purchase record you can actually use
Save the offer, final invoice, supply description, renewal amount, cancellation method and confirmation emails. If the company changes its public page later, these records help establish what your account originally selected.
Before a renewal, check your account and message history rather than relying on a reminder advertisement. A clear record also helps your next clinician understand the medication you received if you decide to transfer care.
